Audience Persona Trainer works offline. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, or developer-operated server. Your training data is stored on your device. This website has no analytics or tracking cookies.
1. Who this policy covers
PINE & PEARL LTD publishes Audience Persona Trainer and provides this company website. Contact us at contact@pinepearl.website or +44 7522 140648. See our company legal notice for disclosure details.
2. What the Android app stores
The app stores answers, practice sessions, streaks, saved items, and settings in its private storage on your device. Settings include theme, experience level, preferred categories, reminder time, sound, and haptics. These records make the learning features work; the app does not transmit them to us or sell them.
The app does not request internet access. It does not access contacts, location, microphone, camera, or an advertising identifier.
3. Reminders and feedback
If you enable a daily reminder, the app asks for notification permission where Android requires it and schedules a local notification. Android may delay delivery to conserve battery. You can turn reminders, sound, and vibration off in the app’s Settings.
4. Backups, retention, and deletion
Local data remains until you remove it. Android may include app data in your personal device backup if backup is enabled. Those copies are controlled by your device and backup-provider settings, not by us.
- Reset practice: Settings → Reset progress clears answers, sessions, and streaks, while keeping saved items and preferences.
- Remove saved items: use Learn → Saved.
- Erase all local app data: use Android Settings → Apps → Audience Persona Trainer → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.
Backup copies may remain and may restore data after reinstalling. Manage or delete them with your backup provider. We cannot access or delete them for you. See the full deletion guide.
5. Using this website
The website does not create accounts, run advertising or analytics, set cookies, or store choices in local storage. Sample answers are held only in the current page’s memory and are lost when the page is reloaded or closed. Fonts and scripts are included with the site and do not load from a third-party content network.
When the site is served online, its hosting provider necessarily receives connection information such as your IP address and requested page, and may keep access or security logs. The provider, log retention period, processing locations, and relevant transfer arrangements must be confirmed for the selected host before this draft is published. Opening the files locally does not send page requests to a website host.
6. Information you send to support
The contact form prepares an email draft on your device. It does not send or upload your entries. You must open your email app, review the draft, and send it yourself. You may also contact us directly by email or telephone.
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, and any attachments. We use that information to respond and address the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or unnecessary sensitive details.
For ordinary support and correspondence, the proposed basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and supporting our product; a contractual or legal obligation may apply in a particular case. The company must confirm these bases against its actual operations before publication.
Correspondence should be retained only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, manage follow-up, and meet applicable legal obligations. The company’s actual retention schedule, email provider, access controls, and any overseas processing arrangements still require confirmation. This draft does not assert an unverified deletion deadline or provider location.
7. External services and sharing
The app’s Rate App action opens Google Play or a browser. Share App passes a public store link and invitation text to an app you choose; it does not attach your practice records. Support and online-policy links open your email app or browser. Those services process information under their own policies.
This website’s code does not send information to advertising or analytics services. Support messages necessarily pass through email providers. Provider arrangements must be documented before online publication. We may need to disclose correspondence where required by law. We do not use the website’s sample exercise to make decisions about real people.
8. Security
Training records use Android app-private storage. Device security and system backups are managed by Android and your backup provider. No storage or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure; keep your device and email account protected.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restrictions on the use of personal information we hold. You may also have rights to portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, that consent can be withdrawn.
Send a request to contact@pinepearl.website. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. We cannot retrieve practice records that exist only on your device. You may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority.
10. Children and educational content
The app contains general educational content and does not knowingly collect information from anyone through its learning features. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
11. Changes and questions
We will update the date on this page when the policy changes. New processing, hosting arrangements, or product features may require an updated notice. For any question, use the contact page.
